  • Gently-Used Clothing & Sports Equipment Swap & Sale (Pavilion #1) - The Swaps have become a truly community endeavor as several Boonsboro area churches and organizations are contributing time and articles. More than 10,000 items were swapped or sold last year. Proceeds from sale items go to Micah's Backpack, while leftover items are donated to Children in Need of Washington County. Items will be collected and sorted at the Community Center in Shafer Park during the week prior to the festival: Tuesday-Friday (May 9-12) from 4:30-8 p.m. and Wednesday (May 10) 9 a.m.-noon.
